Get References: We train our team to get references up front. Based on the needs and type of service you purchase we can verify references for you as well.
Getting Leads: We train our team to also source for leads from the candidates with whom they speak. Based on the type of service you purchase, you could potentially get leads each day from our team.

Each of our DTM’s are dedicated to one client only, working solely on that clients behalf. DTM’s log 45 hours per week, which is approximately 40 productive hours (after lunch and breaks).
The DTM’s work any hours that are determined most advantageous by our clients. While our recruiters typically work the local business hours of our clients, our recruiting centers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of our clients capitalize on this advantage by having their recruiters work into the evening hours, to better enable them to get in touch with candidates after the U.S. workday.
Data is critical for us and for our customers. Our DTM’s are measured and compensated based on meeting client expectations. Raso Solutions offers an “Implementation phase” to our clients in which one of our Account Executives helps clients determine the metrics that matter the most, as well as the required levels of performance for those metrics. Raso team members are trained in Boolean searching and can either bundle resumes for delivery, post them to a folder on your drive via VPN or Remote Desktop, or parse to your Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Flexibility in delivery is key; WE WORK AS YOUR VIRTUAL OR CLOUD EMPLOYEES. We can work while you sleep or work in your time zone. Your way is our way.
Hire one member or a team of dedicated Raso Solutions delivery members to recruit candidates on your behalf. Our Delivery Team can call candidates on behalf of your company, screen based on job requirement and rank candidates based on skill set requirements, identify "true rate", defined as the rate that makes your opportunity their number one option locked down (including a "right to represent form signed"), define "irons in the fire" or additional opportunities , and present candidates to you via email or via your ATS. Raso can do this using your logins or our logins to Dice, Monster or CareerBuilder.
Hire one member or a team of dedicated Raso Solutions delivery members to assist your back office and recruiters with lower-level tasks. Our Virtual Assistant can manage job postings to your job board(s), format and brand resumes for client submission, post job discussions in LinkedIn groups, update and parse web applicants to your database. While we can’t support all administrative type tasks, if you have internal teams that spend their days completing work that is largely computer and/or phone based, there is a good chance we’ll be able to help.
